This privacy notice applies to individuals who have received job offers following their participation in the Intellibus Hackathon 2025.

Intelligent Business Platforms LLC (Intellibus) is committed to protecting your personal data. If you are selected for a job offer because of your participation in the Intellibus Hackathon 2025, additional personal data will be required to process your employment application. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and protect this information.

What Additional Personal Data Do We Collect?

If you accept a job offer from Intellibus, we may collect and process the following additional data:

Employment Information: Work history, qualifications, professional references.
Government-Issued Identification: Passport, national ID, social security/tax ID (if required for employment eligibility verification).
Financial Information: Bank details for payroll processing.
Background Check Data (if applicable): Information obtained through pre-employment screening, where permitted by law.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Employment-related records will be retained in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Financial and payroll data will be stored for 7 years in compliance with financial regulations.
Background check data (if applicable) will be retained only for as long as necessary for hiring decisions.
