This privacy notice applies to all participants in the Intellibus Hackathon 2025. Please read it carefully to understand how we handle your personal data.

Intelligent Business Platforms LLC (Intellibus) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you register for and participate in the Intellibus Hackathon 2025.

What Personal Data Do We Collect?

We collect and process the following personal data:

Registration Information: Name, email, age, education details, and social media handles.
Event Participation: Team number assignments and coding submissions.
Winner Processing (if applicable): Financial details (for prize distribution), employment details (if job offers are extended).
Post-Event Communications (optional): Contact information for AI Academy and future hackathons.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Your registration data will be deleted within 6 months after the event unless legally required to retain it longer.
Financial data (for prize winners) will be stored for 7 years in compliance with financial regulations.
Post-event communications will only be sent to participants who opt-in, and you may opt out at any time.

Under the JDPA 2020, you have the following rights:

Right to access: You can request a copy of your personal data.
Right to rectification: You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
