Ensure fair play and maximize your hackathon experience by following these guidelines.
β Eligibility
- β Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or adult.
- β No prior hackathon experience required.
- β Open to students, professionals, and self-taught coders.
π₯Team Formation
- π₯Teams must have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 members.
- π₯Pre-formed teams are allowed, but individuals can also join and be assigned to a team.
- πTeams must be finalized before the coding phase begins.
π οΈProject Requirements
- π οΈAll projects must be built from scratch during the hackathon.
- πParticipants may use open-source libraries, APIs, and datasets, but must credit sources properly.
- π‘Projects must fall within the specified hackathon themes/categories.
π€AI & External Assistance
- π€AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) may be used, but all AI-generated content must be clearly documented.
- π«Fully AI-generated code without human contribution is not allowed.
- βNo external paid development or consulting assistance is allowed.
π»Programming Language
- π»Any programming language or framework may be used.
- β¨οΈRecommended languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, Swift, Solidity, C++.
πΎDevelopment & Submission
- πΎAll projects must be submitted via GitHub/GitLab.
- πSubmission must include codebase, README file, demo video, and documentation.
- β³Late submissions will not be accepted.

- π₯Teams must present a live demo of their project.
- π£οΈJudges will ask questions to evaluate problem-solving and implementation.
- β±οΈDemo presentations must be limited to 5 minutes.
π€Fair Play & Ethical Conduct
- π«Plagiarism is strictly prohibited β all code must be original or properly credited.
- π€Teams must respect fellow participants, mentors, and judges.
- βNo sabotage or disruption of other teams' work.
- βNo use of offensive, discriminatory, or unethical content in projects.
π‘οΈSecurity & Compliance
- π‘οΈAll participants must comply with hackathon security guidelines.
- πProjects must follow ethical AI practices and data privacy standards.
β°Hacking & Checkpoints
- β°Hacking phase runs for 24 hours β teams must work within this timeframe.
- πCheckpoints will occur every 6 hours for mentoring and progress validation.
π’Event Conduct & Behavior
- π’Teams must remain at the venue for the entire hackathon duration (no remote participation).
- π¨Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
πPost-Hackathon Follow-Up
- πWinners will be announced at the closing ceremony.
- πΌTop teams may receive job offers or invites to the Intellibus Academy.
- π€Participants will receive feedback and networking opportunities.
